Upon arrival, all guests must register at the front desk and present their identification document, as this is a mandatory requirement of the building administration. During the stay, a round blue electronic key is provided, allowing access to the building and the tower. 🏊 Swimming pool The swimming pool operates during the November 15 to March season, usually between 10:00 and 20:00. • Monday: closed for maintenance • Friday: available from 13:30 • Use in time slots of up to 2 hours per day • Subject to availability and the rules established by the building The hours and conditions of use of the common areas may be subject to changes by the building administration.

✈️ How to get here from Arturo Merino Benítez International Airport (SCL) The apartment is located at Av. Vicuña Mackenna 1290, Ñuñoa, and can be easily reached from the airport by public transportation, taxi, private transfer, or ride-hailing apps. 🚌🚇 Public Transportation One of the most affordable options is to combine bus and Metro: • From the airport, take a bus to Pajaritos Terminal. • At Pajaritos, enter Metro Line 1 toward Los Dominicos. • Transfer at Baquedano Station to Line 5 toward Vicente Valdés. • Get off at Irarrázaval Station. • From there, the apartment is just a short walk along Av. Vicuña Mackenna. The full trip by public transportation usually takes around 1 hour, depending on waiting times and traffic conditions. 🚕 Taxi or Private Transfer Official taxi services and private transfer companies are available at the airport and can take you directly to the apartment. We also work with trusted transportation partners and can share reliable contacts for airport transfers. If you would like this option, contact us before your arrival and we will be happy to assist you. 🚙 Uber, Cabify and Other Apps Ride-hailing services such as Uber, Cabify, and DiDi are also available in Santiago. When you arrive at the airport, check the pickup point shown in the app and follow the airport signs to the designated meeting area. ⏱️ Approximate Travel Time By taxi, private transfer, or ride-hailing app, the trip usually takes around 25 to 45 minutes, depending on traffic and the time of day. By public transportation, allow approximately 1 hour. 💡 Our Recommendation If you are traveling with several bags, children, or arriving late at night, a private transfer is usually the most convenient option. If you are traveling light and prefer a more economical alternative, the bus and Metro combination is a good choice.
